Ok this might get confusing but- you have to imagine that there is a light bulb in the room that you can put anywhere. Then the location of the light bulb determines where you shadows will be drawn. Now, you have to imagine what the surface of the thing your shading (like the dragon) is like (I.e. scaly, with high cheek bones like a horse) then you use all that info to shade the deep set areas of its face. I look up pics on Pinterest usually for references. Lol

Anyhoo, with poses... Hmm... I have never been given this choice before. XD Well, I think you know my signature outfit (if you don't, I actually gave you my outfit request before). Also, for the pose, maybe I could be in a sort of stance, like she's turning (doesn't matter which side ), maybe holding her Flintlock Pistols? Thanks! If that isn't feasible, please let me know!
