Where to find the latest cape suit?

I need help! I have all the Episode 3 suits except the one with the cape.
I know its another one of those trading type of things like in the other Episodes, but I need a tip to get started.

Well it's been 3 years or so since I made that comment, so I can't exactly remember what the item was sorry! But Scrolling it up it looks as though there is a hidden item revealed by dream weaving behind the north slurry fog gate. It will be some random item item like Ep1&2 that you have to trade it to different people. Hope this helps
