I didn't know if you had a nickname basis for particular peeps or anything. ) I've never watched the movies or read the books, but from what I've heard, my parents checked out the movies once to see what the hubbub was all about, and besides the wizardry, they honestly weren't really impressed with 'em as a whole. But those were the movies; I'm sure the books are written better than the movies were made.
In addition, we had checked out the first movie as a family of Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them, hoping there was a bit less of a magical, witchy element - but nooot really. The movie could've been really cute, but the magic was pretty inescapable.
What you said is so true! I didn't know the last books were any darker than the first, though. O . O
