Upgrading the Vet Station

I'm on the mission to upgrade the vet station, and I'm stuck. I've already upgraded the animal shelters, but I need to install a 'micro observation instrument'. I've tried just about everything, including a telescope, and the lenses, nothing seems to work! Any ideas?

Hey, @Julie_Oliver.
Don't worry, there's an easy fix to this. If you go to Lukas's you'll see a Compressor Machine all the way to the right. Now, @Spector_Otterquill, was pretty much on the money, just slip a telescope in there and see what happens.
