Mech said yesterday that he and the team would be fixing some of the major glitches affecting new players and storyline and they were hoping to do it and have it fixed today.

Is the quest to unlock the lagoon available right now? Because if it requires giving a random item to one of the NPCs, or talking to someone while wearing the right outfit, I can start trying all possibilities. However, if it won't be available until after Season 2 opens, we'll all just be patient.

You can get into the Lagoon with the quest "Trouble Afoot"; however, once you finish that quest then it closes and doesn't reopen with "Eliminate the Fog"(so don't finish trouble afoot).

No need. If you aren't sure, then I have more info than you right now.

First one is "Trouble Afoot", which currently only gives access to the Lagoon (and the Mines behind it) until the quest is complete. Second one is "Eliminate the Fog", which currently doesn't re-open the Lagoon. Fixing all of that should already be on the Programmer's to-do list, followed by a list of additional issues found in the Lagoon and Mines.

They have been fixing some things such as the 1 crystal limit for the inventory.
