So I'm now finding that when I try to remove a like from someone's post that I had previously applied, I cannot do so, no matter how much I click on that little pink heart.

After some point, likes do get “fixed.” Less of a glitch and more of a feature, though it’s not particularly great...

It would be nice if we could remove likes freely. I don't really see a reason why they would need to stay fixed.

Generally yes - it would be nice to remove your own at any time.
Generally no - it is good that the become "fixed."

Or perhaps there could just be a longer window of time to be able to remove a like. Say, a month?
