Yeah, I’m still getting used to it. Have you noticed that the more prevalent the character, the better they’re animated?
To me, I kind of classify WFS and LoTR (plus the Hobbit, the Silmarilion, Children of Hurin, haven’t read Beren and Luthien yet) as different genres. I mean, they are very similar because they are both fantasy stories (to say the least), but they are written some 60 or 70 years apart. They tie for top on my list.
As for Narnia, I love it. I really do. But for some reason it doesn’t really come that close to the top of my list
