Yea, I would be fine with that, but it's not even on the appearance except for maybe a few that I haven't made yet, which is great for moving into a different topic of rare items! Most of the crafting recipes I get I can't craft because they take items that I've never seen before. I know you can get some from the barrels in the Snowmoors, and some at the lagoon, but the lagoon is supposed to be 'Opened with a certain quest' That I'm 99% sure no one has found yet. I love to see new content, but I want to see it while playing it, not just have it showing what I'm missing.
Idk, the medic ones I have make my regen probably over 50% more than the average Soldier. The Windbreaker, however, is a likely choice if I'm going to fight Baron Sizzlepot or something, and even then, water-rifles do about the same thing...Then again...They might stack and I haven't noticed.
However you're a Mechanic class, so for most other classes yes, the best clothes are most likely the Windbreaker.
Also with that it would make the game more money because if we know what's coming we're far far more likely to buy the update. Some of use were/are sold on the fact that we get to go to the Academy, if you looked on the forums more you can see it's used commonly in role plays. Not to advertise our own things, my Role Play days are practically over, but if you look at our role plays on here there's boatloads of new ideas, different perspectives, new mechanics (Game type, not class) Different storylines you can take (Stick with the Bible first though). And while your looking at the RP's, it'd mean a ton to use to look at the glitch polls and compendium.
Mhm, I was in the junkyard just the other day with @Raphael_Maxmatch, we took the goat out with two blasts of a water rifle, it didn't even get a chance to react. However when I fight two scorpistons and a cogra it takes half my aethermeter and by the end of the fight I'm around 25 HP out of my usual ~175.
I was talking about this with @Elizabeth_Newroad, the gist is Medics are the go-to class and the main people I see in-game. A resistance should be more like an army, the main thing you should see should be soldiers, and really the only thing holding up their class is a helmet from Starwars. Their ability doesn't work because it simply makes them go first in a fight...So far I've always gone first in a fight, no matter what stats I have, however I might be reading this wrong and it means who actually attacks first, but the only use I would see in that is if I can attack with my Water rifle right before someone attacks with their Tesla Hammer, getting the combo in. This ability would be more useful if the last hit in the fight gave you an extra bonus, but that'd just benefit Mouse-users because they drag their weapon quicker, and if you time it right you can click right as the spinner starts (Also it would add a slight conflict between players of who hits last).
My solution is give the Scholar ability (10% Damage Buff, in the form of spotting a weakness) to the soldiers, except make it more like the empowered Ability given by Officer-class Automatons. This Ability is a difficult one to handle in a fight, I've died to it many times, and I'd love to see it used on my side. the ability itself has a purple background even, making it seem more like a Resistance ability anyways (Though it's probably just to differentiate from a de-buff)
And if not Empowered, maybe Rage, seen by the Goats! That can be a whopper of a twist in a fight, and with that you might not need to tone down the Snowmoor creatures as much (Still do, other classes need help from a Medic rn, a soldier would help if you added this too).
But with that, the Scholar would need a new ability, perhaps weaken the Automaton...No, wait, that'd stack with the Soldiers and make it far more OP...I got it! You make them weaken the ATTACK power of the Automaton, making them hit for less...However balancing that with the Medic's Damage reducer could be difficult... I'll have to think about it, sorry.
Good luck, I love this game and can't wait to see what the future brings, no matter if I have to help it along the way or not.
