I agree with all of your plot points, but can’t go into much detail since it’s a lot to address.
Rest assured, I consider the University Unitious plot plan you have formed sound indeed.
As for a few other points:
Yes, Nautilus would stick around for a while after the football game. Considering the troubling circumstances, having the founder of the University Unitious around would instill a little bit of assurance into everyone who is worried about what’s to come.
I would say that @Beckendorf_Direscope wouldn’t show up in the story until later on, as he’s been on a secret mission for me for the past month or so. Perhaps when the war is brewing.
@Danyul_Braziervest coming to rescue Silence and @Micah_Wellpride seems slightly unlikely, but having him step up to the plate and rescue them seems plausible for this occasion.
Another alternative to the snakebite idea may be that Dela injects Silence with some sort of neuro-toxin, which would break down the nerves that control finger and hand movement, thus disabling Silence’s ability to use sign language.
Just a thought, it’s not perfect, but it is yet another alternative.
Anything else you’d need to know? Well, I’d say that having a betrayal within the Rebellion would be a good plot point. Perhaps the last person anyone would expect…? (I’ve already got the traitor’s identity planned out, but if you’d like to guess…)
As for having the Rebellion, University Unitious, and Roguecog Returns roleplays intertwine, I’d say that after meeting up at the Rebellion Headquarters, I give everyone missions.
@Peregrine_Appleclock is to stay at the Rebellion Headquarters and oversee what Lestrade is doing, while keeping a close eye on the Empire’s moves. She leaves.
@Beckendorf_Direscope and @Jyn_Northtripe are to infiltrate the Isle, and cut off the Empire’s fuel supply bit by bit. They leave.
@Titan_Candelburst is to do what he can to limit the Automaton output of the Fogworks. He leaves.
I tell @Eerie_Coppernight that her mission is of the utmost importance and secrecy, and that’s why I’ve given everyone else their missions first. Eerie is to seek out potential University Unitious student candidates. She goes.
I’m left alone. I think for a few moments, then begin the long journey home via Aetherstep. I head to my home in No Man’s Landing, only to find that it’s burnt to the ground. I sigh, but I had expected such. I salvage what I can, and discover that Mycroft had hidden nearby, guarding my house from any looters or salvagers, with M.U.L.T.I. clutched in his mouth.
I commend him for his efforts, then head to Evergreen Meadows, where my mansion is also destroyed. Watson and the others are nowhere to be found, but upon further examination, I discover them hiding in my workshop, which had been concealed by the rubble. Nothing else is damaged, and I lead the group to the Snowmoors, where they make their home in the Rebellion Headquarters.
I head to my office, then sit down in my chair, alone. I stare out the window for a while, then at sunset, I head back outside, to the top of a towering glacier.
I gaze out, beyond the ocean, and reminisce on the adventures of the past few days as the sun sinks deep below the horizon. I smile, then motion to move my mask. My hand stops inches from my face, and I stop. My hand falls back to my side.
I’m not able to remove my mask yet, but things seem bright.
I face the ocean, then speak.
“The gears are turning. Lucky’s defeat is inevitable. It’s time for… Rebellion.”
That is where the Rebellion ends, and the University Unitious starts.
As always, I am open to any suggestions.
