Okay I'm thinking. . .

Personality: Empathetic and friendly, but can be commanding and assertive if she needs to be, level-headed, creative, intuitive, nimble, verbal processor
Abilities: artistically adept; can sketch maps, faces, automatons and occasionally machinery; has a basic understanding of electronics
Other: loves to draw in her free time, likes cats, has a shapeshifting super power (more info on that here)

Peregrine's situation is a unique one, part of it stems from the fact that she was not born in Aethasia. She has one alternate form apart from her human one, but only uses it in desperate situations.

Also, Headquarters of the Rebellion is classified information, and I can only disclose it once you have proper security clearance. (But don't worry, I will announce it in my roleplay soon.)

Also, I was reading your roleplay and thinking about your whip-daggers when I came up with an idea for my custom weapon.
