I get this was a mistake, but as someone who knows a little bit about the medical process, comas have saved lives.

Do you know what a run-on sentence is? If you used shorter snetances to break up your paragraphs, they would be a lot easier to read.
I have been chastised for using them before.

As far as I know, it is the only word in English with -dier suffix.
I feel that you should know:it's = it isits = possessive
