I was just thinking about the Grammar Police recently and remember that we aren't supposed to take an oath, or make vows, or swear...:
Matthew 5:37
But let your communication be, Yea, yea; Nay, nay: for whatsoever is more than these cometh of evil.
James 5:12
But above all things, my brethren, swear not, neither by heaven, neither by the earth, neither by any other oath: but let your yea be yea; and your nay, nay; lest ye fall into condemnation.
Hebrews 6:16
For men verily swear by the greater: and an oath for confirmation is to them an end of all strife.
Matthew 5:34
But I say unto you, Swear not at all; neither by heaven; for it is God's throne,
Deuteronomy 23:21
When thou shalt vow a vow unto the Lord thy God, thou shalt not slack to pay it: for the Lord thy God will surely require it of thee; and it would be sin in thee.
(I can't remember how we fixed the Oath so I'm not even going to put much thought into fixing it)

Prepositions and adverbs, periods, commas
They won't be too much like dramas.
Taking a step further I won't offend anyone
But grammar still matters and shall be done.
Conjunctions, interjections, question marks and exclamation marks,
We will do good in grammar and be quick as sparks.
This is my oath to the Grammar Police"
And may I keep it, forever and ever."
I do not think we should take these oaths, even just a simple one like this, God has told us not to, and if we do it is from evil. I would say that we should all repent for saying, err... typing this oath because it is God wouldn't want us to. Just my opinion, (And God's Word) but I'll be repenting. So that was my ten cents...
