You can do it! I've done it, with the town square engine. It took 15 fills. I used the propaganda cart nearby to get Aether with my weeks of poster collecting!

Wow this is an old topic

Lettie and I really need help opening the fog gate in No Man's Landing!! For the past two days, we've tried to get it down (filling the Great Engine once every five minutes, each with full tanks) and it hasn't been working. We both have a quest to do in there, so it's a little annoying If anyone wants to help, that'd be great! We could probably set up a time or something if anyone's committed...

The Great Engines are indeed broken, and nobody’s been able to lower the fog gates for months.

What if Aetherlight adds an update that opens the fog gates on Sunday, reinforcing the idea that Sunday/The Sabbath is special. The post man could then write a page with Biblical references, then deliver it to you the first time you access areas blocked by fog gates via Sunday pass. That'll be nice, considering I have 2 quests in the Junkyard, one story quest that is bugged (#NotEnjoyingTheRaceYet), and one other quest that takes time...R.I.P..

This is a totally epic idea! But the Fog Gates are not closed on purpose. It's actually a glitch, and Scarlet City is trying to get it open.
