How do you make a Summary??

Alright, so do you know how to make a poll?

On the tool-bar, there is a cog, if you click on it there are two options:
1. Build Poll
2. Hide Details
If you click on hide details this will pop up:

Summary

Then you will have a summary!

Just write where it says 'This text will be hidden'
