Thanks for being so proactive and willing to help, but we currently aren't looking to expand our team. In the foreseeable future, we would likely only look for more help if a current moderator would want to step down.

Pleased to make your acquaintance @Mr_W3. If you look at the last two posts in your topic, you can see the reasoning behind the closing of your topic. I know what it feels like to have a great idea, make a topic for it, then find there are other topics out there already. It stinks. However, it makes since, because if we had a topic for every time someone wanted a convo topic, there would be far more (and less used) topics on the forum causing it to be cluttered. I recommend seeing the topics recommended at the bottom of your topic, and (If you have another great idea for a topic, which I bet you will!) check out this topic:

Yes, he did. He felt it was time to move on, as he was entering a new stage of life. He also was extremely active shortly after in organizing the Aetherlight Challenge League, which was a major platform of his presidency.

I may be late to the fair well, noticed your tag was gone in a different topic and was confused why. Asked a bunch of people, and none of them told me why specifically or pointed this to me . . . Good to know why you have retired for the better

First impressions: honestly speaking, your logic to me was a stiffening pain (maybe because the oldest chat I can remember with you was when we were having a disagreement in the Law and Order topic ) as time went on, it was tolerable; after, I respected you as a person then after . . . You grew up to become better. I enjoyed seeing what you have been doing for the people and community here, and that you have constantly become a better person and for small efforts you have done for me which helped. I hope for all the best and I hope you do what you say to do and glad you tend to keep to your word and not get easily lead by others. Great to see you caring for people close to you and I hope for all the best as you seek to live a better life. I've noticed quite a few members on the forums with letters and numbers. Who is the task of "moderating usernames" assigned to, and what is the expected timeline for getting your username approved? Or if the position is currently vacant, is there a process for assigning the role to someone?

(I'm not saying I'd be best at it...responsive yes, but if someone is trying to sneak past a dirty name, I'm old and out of the loop on current slang.)

It's usually done by Staff Moderators, who are very busy with other things. However, posting users in

places them in the "queue" to be moderated, so if you could post the unfortunate "lettered and numbered" users in there, that will help.
