@Calebneal_Dibbleapple I had an outside-the-box thought, that being an online forum community moderator is a type of leadership that comes with validity (because if you do a poor job the other mods ask you to step down), and any type of leadership can be useful on a resume. So although they don't get paid in money, there are ways to benefit from it in terms of leadership experience and personal growth and the great feeling that comes with teamwork and a job well done (especially if there were challenges to overcome).
