Sorry, I wish I could, but the name of the theatre would kind of give us away to where we are... That would be so cool if we saw each other one year though!
Yeah, same here. If we both knew we were going, I suppose we could check with our parents and find out which groups we belonged to, so we’d be more likely to find each other. But until (or if) then,
XD I do believe none of us have said hello. So, hello @Draekaan_Lightbrick!
I HAVE BEEN CURSED WITH THIS HORRIBLY CATCHY SONG!!!
SOMEONE HELP MEEEEE!!!!
(Falls to floor)
I...CAN'T.... LOOK... AWAYYYYY!!!!!!!
(Vytanni pulls Vytanni)
This song is unbearably catchy! And annoying! ... Albeit somewhat funny I must admit.By the way, it is in the key of C Major (Arguably the second most popular key of them all) It changes to C Minor in the middle, then back to C Major.
Speaking of keys, I saw this music video of a person singing 'The Star-Spangled Banner' in all minor keys. I thought it was pretty cool!
Interesting. I wonder what Minor Keys they used. The most popular Minor Keys seem to be A Minor, E Minor, D Minor, C Minor, and possibly G Minor and B Minor. (I'm halfway basing this on my observations, so I'm not 100% sure)
Oh. I'm sorry. That stinks missing something you really try for. That happened to me with a basketball tryout. I guess you just got to keep trying to reach your goal, or find a new one. For me it's baseball. I hope you win whatever it is the next time you try!
Just curious, @Gloria_Oldenpinner, by 'all Minor Keys' did you mean this person used all twelve of them? Because that would be very interesting.
Yes it would be! But I actually meant that they used only minor keys in the song. Sorry I didn't make that more clear . . .
No problem! I wonder what key this person used ... Because I love Minor Keys! Please don't misunderstand me. I like Major Keys as well ... But I LOVE Minor ones!
I can show you the video if you want.
Sure, if it would be no trouble.
Nice! I must admit I enjoyed that. By the way he used the key of D Sharp Minor (My forth favorite key!) D#m is one of the rarest keys!
(Shakes head, then sees video)
Wow... th-thats... amazing. It sounds so...Oh no...
(Vytanni pulls ANOTHER Vytanni)
Just for fun!In the video, the example of a Minor Key (Beethoven's 5th) is transposed from C Minor to B Minor.
It tugs at your heart, doesn't it.
@Siege_Throttlequill how do you know so much about music?! I can only read a little bit of music. If I want to play a song on an instrument, most of the time I do it by ear.
What is so funny about “They’re taking the hobbits to Isengard” I really don’t get it.
Same here! To be honest I am extremely slow at reading music. I play a little on the piano and the pennywhistle, but almost all of it is by ear! I wouldn't say I know a lot about music, I still have much to learn. The reason I could tell what keys those songs were in is because I have something called Perfect Pitch. It allows me to recognize a pitch by hearing it, therefore I can "hear" what key a song is in. I don't have to read the key signature.
