Talk all you want is more for conversations and Random anything is... random . That is how I under stand it but the @Mods know better than me.

That’s basically how I tell the difference too Talk all you want is where I go if I want to start a conversation with a specific person where as if I have any random thoughts or stories I go to random anything.

Basically nothing, except for the fact that RA was strarted on the basis of being A topic for all the posts that didn't fit in other topics, and TAYW was started as a place to have short conversations without spamming up other topics, but then @Goku_Ironheart said

Talking is fine but if you are posting multiple replies one after another with only a few words, your posts will be flagged and/or deleted.

so TAYW became like RA but people see it as a different topic so now we have two pretty much identical topics.
