Do you have a mat, or use a towel or something? Because in my home work out, I would da a 25 step walk to measure how long I want to run. After that when I start my work out, i’ll Run to that spot from the start, do a push up, run Bach, do a set up. Run there again then do 2 push ups. Run back then two set ups. Run there again, 3 push ups, then back 3 set ups and do it again until you get to 10.
