If that is math, it is math that is difficult for me to read and understand.
A question mark is not a mathematical symbol, and the open [ is not matched by a closed ], a violation of proper mathematical rules.
It could be 1337 121 plus or minus 7, which could be an ellipse with vertices at 1337, 128 and 1337, 114, but that is a very strange way to write it. Also | | are absolute value signs, which don't make any sense with just a - sign in the middle. It is possible that is a shorthand for -1, but that's weird in context too...
As for this, I have no idea what it is. While / can be used to annotate division and ^ is a power symbol, I am at a loss as to what two division signs and two power symbols would indicate.
It could be 0 times the absolute value of 3 divided by 7 to the power of 47, but that would seem to be a meaningless expression. And what's with the minus sign again? headscratch
