I believe this is more to share outfits you like, whereas the other is for drawing, but technically they kind of overlap. I assume people would want to be drawn in their favorite outfits, so they’ll end up posting them anyway on the character picture references for artists topic.
That said, I think this can stay. Not everyone wants to be drawn, but they still might like to post their outfits.
