No, you will only be billed per account you add the plan for. I'm assuming they'll do some sort of family plan which could end up being cheaper.

Yep. It should transfer your @Levi_Orangeburst account or whatever account you desire. I'm pretty sure you'll have access to do all that on the parent dashboard.

For now, I am wondering if there will still be a free demo, and how the subscription will work for those who have already purchased episodes.
Also, it would be cool if we could have options to just pay for 30 days of access, 60 days, and then the monthly plan.

I am not personally against a subscription model, I just don't like the idea of paying more. According to the credit plan that @Mech_Lightspark described, my family would get a certain amount of time free in Season 2, which would be a good trial time to see if the subscription is right for our family.

This is why we are crediting everyone who paid, no matter how long ago, the full value of their payment towards the new system as a minimum. For those who got family packs, all family members get the full credit. There will likely be other perks as well, but its too early to know specific details.

As a community, you've all been so great, we really want to do what we can to reward you for the faith you've put in us - and one of our top priorities in that regard is to do everything we can to keep the Aetherlight open and welcoming for all of you, and for new friends who have yet to come.

So, I'm super late to this conversation. But I'm overall super happy with the decision to switch over to a subscription-based format! I think it fits the Aetherlight even better than its previous/current episodic format does, and I'll definitely be excited to try it out sometime haha.

Do we know how much per month we will be paying? That is what this monthly subscription is, right? I would think so. Also, is it confirmed yet?
