Spawning and recharging time questions

This post has questions in a question in the question section of the Aetherlight forums. Anyways...
My questions are:
How long does it take for a plasma charger thing to charge up?
How long does it take for newspaper machines to get fixed?
How long does it take for automatons to respawn?
How long does it take for the great engine to run out of aether?
How long does it take for rubbish (like lens, solvent and cogs) to respawn?
Final questions: How long does it take to code and episode?

Ok! Here we go!
1: I really have not looked into it, but I am guessing about 24 hours. It seems to be there when I would check on the weekends. Which was around 3:00 P.M.
2: You mean the propaganda carts? Again I have not checked! I've only exploded about 2-3. My best guess is somewhere between 1-5 hours.
3: This one I know! Around 5-10 minutes.
4: This one is tough! I am guessing 3 days?
5: Lens cannot be picked up. You can only get Lens through battles. Cogs, Springs, Pipes, Cans, Apple Cores, and Banana Peels re-spawn in 2-5 minutes. Solvent usually re-spawns in 2 days.
6: 3 months.

Someone else will probably have more precise times.

Thanks for answers. You can smash automaton heads lying around. I was asking when they fill up again. I think your guesses are pretty accurate but I'm not sure.

More re-spawning info:
Based on a short experiment of 4 runs, the excavator guarding the Island Boiler respawns between 13 and 15 minutes if you leave and go back.
Fighting this automaton is one of the best ways to get those annoyingly-scarce screws.
