Yea some shoes just aren't durable & true some people seem to wear them out quickly. Mine happen to last at least 1 year except they look in pretty had shape near the end of it. Once your feet stop growing you'll probably only need to buy 3 pairs a year or with most people that's what I've heard they do. I guess everyone is different which is why it's interesting to know how often people buy shoes
Everybody needs for shoe wear are all soo different. It's cool to think about all the sports and activities where you need different types of shoes. you need shoes for rock climbing ,shoes for soccer, water shoes, shoes for running, or basketball shoes, horseback riding shoes, hiking shoes, there's golfing shoes...
there's so many different kinds of shoes for different types of activities!
Some people like myself are comfortable doing different activities with the same pair of shoes but some people are really picky and like to have different shoes for different activities like I like to go running in my basketball shoes I don't need to have running shoes to go running but some people are picky and they like specific shoes for their activities. so it really depends on the type of person you are for how much shoes you want to buy there's also those people that are very thirsty and really like to buy second hand pairs of shoes and they try to make them last like a really long time.
Btw I'm doing really good, I'm finally healed from my elbow surgery & the weather is getting very nice no more winter jackets, I can wear t shirts & shorts outdoors & that's something I look forward too after our very cold, long winters.
It's hard without so much sunshine. & Yourself?
