Selina's Wheelchair, Cleaning Up carnage, Hot and bothered

My son is new to the game and seems to be stuck. We can figure out the two tasks of figuring out how to power up Selina's wheelchair or recover items from the crash site. There's an Automaton that is stuck behind a fire and a blimp crash where we can figure out how to put out the fire. We've tried water cans but they don't work. Any help is appreciated!

Hi there! There are a couple of topics that discuss this but I'll give you a couple of hints anyway.
1. For the wheelchair, is there a liquid that you could use to kind of loosen the rust? For the items you have to pick up, have you checked behind rocks and lampposts?
2. You will put out the fire later in the future. (A quest will come for it)

I got the wheelchair powered up (he'd built some steam canisters but hadn't tried them) but we still can't find the satchel. I saw the other forum before posting this one; I've also tried clicking everything. Can you give me a more definitive location in Bootleg pass? is it close to the wardrobe? Water pump? Any help is appreciated.

Good job! So I'm am guessing you have already found the wedding photo? There are to spots I can think of. The rock near the well and the lamppost near the well!

If you have unlocked Lukas' Hideout, you'll find a machine near Lukas that can be used to obtain pressurized steam cans. You'll have to tinker around with your items trying to find something to hold the air in.

If you haven't unlocked the hideout, you can destroy propaganda machines or defeat certain automatons and you'll be able to receive the cans that way.

Propaganda carts don't give steam cans.
