Please don't count on me to reply quickly (quickly being the same day).
For clarity's sake, I don't work every day now and I can't always reply as fast as I used to, there is just too much I need to do now with shorter hours to do them in.
I have replied to the Ep6 email and am working through the other now (hoping I have time to reply to it all today).
There is no private messaging and there won't be, there are just too many issues that pop up because of it.
Xonos is right on the mark there too, emailing support is about as private as it gets but I just want to make it clear, the support email isn't just to have chats. It is so we can actually help people out that are having problems of any sort or so people can leave feedback they might not want to post on the forums.
