While I can see your point of view, I don't know if we want to start policing acronyms that aren't 100% clear in meaning.
I'm sure no one here would use His name in vain so whenever I have seen it I have, to be fair, just assumed it was Oh My Goodness.

I will say this though, if you do have a problem with it still, I would suggest trying to discuss it with people just so you can both understand each others view on the topic then go from there.

Personally, I don't want to tell people how they should think or how they should talk, I think it would be better for everyone to talk about their thoughts/beliefs/experiences so others can understand then we can talk about it and decide how we can move forward together.

This isn't just for the use of acronyms or words, it's really how I do everything in life.
