A swizzle is starting in first position, then rounding your legs so that your toes touch. Pumps are then half a swizzle, with one leg going round while the other stays still. So just do half a swizzle backwards in a circle! That's backwards pumps. (You could search the internet too, lol)

And I made a streak of 50 backwards crossovers! I stopped cause I was getting dizzy lol.
So do a backwards pump, then cross over... but don't try to swing it over. Kinda do it so it's basically still on the ice. Then bring back your foot and continue.
