Guys! I found out how to complete the Special Delivery mission! Instead of trying to give Irving the radio beacon, just talk to him on the Isle. Then the mission should work just fine.

I just tried to check this, but my character lost the quest and can't get it back.

Actually out of barrels. Some you can click, some you can't.

It's that you can click on all of them, but they only sometimes have stuff in them.

I mainly have gotten normal stuff like cogs, and the occasional cloth that's helpful, but I've never gotten rare cogs and screws and stuff. Though I have gotten normal screws.
