Nothing except reduce the RP from the Great Engine so far. Failing to heed the first fatigue reduction can be a bad day. I proceeded to ignore the first one and received a mere 29 RP for a whole Aethermeter. Relogging appears to reset it. But it pays to keep track of your chat status log.
