We are not quite ready for that, Ethan. The behind-the-scenes situation has changed.

The best situation when you prepare a weapon is that you never have to use it. I am still holding it in reserve in case I need to and the situation changes back, but in this case walking softly and carrying a big stick has proved to be the most effective course thus far.
