Do you know about filtering posts in a topic by user?
Under the first post in a topic, there're a bunch of user avatars ranked by the amount of their posts in a topic. If you click on them, you can click the filter icon with " ___ posts in topic" button in the upper right of the popup. Then you can see only their posts in a topic.

You can do a similar thing with the search button. Just type in their tag (@Hanna_Brassheart) and click the checkbox for "Search this topic," then press enter.

No it isn't. a discussion is when you ADD to the topic/conversation. This is just saying the same thing over and over in my opinion. @Hanna_Brassheart? What is your take? and what is the color of your toothbrush? LOL.

Well, let's look and see what the dictionary has to say. Always good to define our terms.

Discussion: "1. Consideration of a subject by a group; an earnest conversation. 2. A formal discourse on a topic; an exposition."

Argument: "1. A discussion in which disagreement is expressed; a debate. 2. A quarrel; a dispute."

While they are similar, as you can see, "argument" tends to have more negative connotations. This subject is definitely a subject for discussion. We're considering what would be best for the forums together. If it were to turn into an argument, that would be sad, don't you think?
So right now, it fits as a discussion.
