Only countries may be said, and even then I would advise against it since Canada and New Zealand have very small populations compared to some American states. Provinces of China and India are fine, but I doubt that applies to many here.

That topic is for bio's only. I can't tell you what reason Jacoby had, but I think the logical reason would be: When you want to find a bio, you go to the Bio topic. It would be an inconvenience if you had to skim through discussion posts as well. Maybe he just wanted it to be more organized. Your guess is as good as mine.

Well it would be harder to find the bio you are looking for with it all being surrounded in more, it's basically finding a green piece of hay in a haystack, there is a lot of hay, but only one piece you have.

Neon green. You see it's all bios, but if the person is a role player on here than they probably have a lot of bios, no? Well it'd be far easier to find the bio you want in the rp it is associated with, right?
