no, its not that they wish they were younger, they just never learned how to, you know, be a good human, so the're a bit messed up in the head, but I do know a few people who wish they were still young, and they do have wisdom, my uncle is kinda like that, makes a lot of dad jokes, but is also very smart

Ah, that is a different matter altogether. While it is true that we were all young and stupid, wisdom and age do not always come at the same rate. Some people mature rapidly gaining wisdom while they are still young. Others age but never gain wisdom and remain stupid their entire lives.
