SFTDP, thanks hanna! BTW, talk on chess, if possible
That's awesome! I've played a version of those songs a while ago.
nice, and I thought you already knew! lol
I do. Just wanted to post something so people knew I was online... lol!
Nice! I got 24:11. (My PR)
Wow, I absolutely love the fact that you replied to a thing about not making spam.... With spam...
So, we had another Cross Country meet today, and it was better. I got 24’09 and the coach wants me to try doing Varsity next week, so I'm a mix of being anxious and excited at the same time.
How many people are on your team? I was one of three JV runners... tiny meets anyway, with just three teams at each one.
. . . I think our definitions of spam are different, I was just responding, making her feel that she wasn't ignored, just in my eyes that is what it was
If you don’t have a ton to say beyond “cool,” “wow,” “okay” or short things like that, it’s usually simpler to just use the like button. If I were texting someone, I would definitely do the same thing! But on the forums, it gets real cluttery and makes conversations harder to follow for people who aren’t directly part of the conversation. One of our old mods, @Goku_Ironheart, told us to make sure all our posts were meaningful and really add something new to the convo.
oh, I'll keep it in mind. how are you?
I’m good! About to head to class. How are you?
thats good, I am also good, lol
SFTDP (oooofff) sorry, but y sister told me that in Leviticus it says you can't wear clothes of two different cloths. . . and I really like polyester, so now I have no idea what to do. very odd question, but can I wear polyester? (oh my gosh, this is soooo weird)
Adding on to what Iliara said (who summed it up perfectly btw ), if you have to use the
You can probably say what you mean with a like.
gotcha, that makes sense
This is a law God made for the Israelites in the Torah. After Jesus came and the New Covenant was created upon His death God wiped away the rigid laws of the old covenant. While it is still important to study these laws as it allows us to understand God's purpose and will, they don't necessarily apply to you today because A. You are under the new covenant, and B. You are not a Jew.Under the new covenant we are to obey the spirit of the law and not necessarily the letter. For this reason we can now eat pork and wear polyester clothing.
I... I... No... I don't.... Ugh. 🤦🏻♀️
Okay, are you using the line trick? No. That's a start.
Can your post still be solved in a like? Yes.
If all you are doing in a post is affirming, not adding to the discussion, a like will suffice.
