I need some help in handing out bobble heads, I've already given some to Lukas, Alexander, Selina, Irving, and Lloyd. I know I have to give one to Ishaan and Georgia but I can't figure out who else to give one to. Can anyone help?

I also need help with Larry's Snake oil quest. I've given the finished snake oil to the ship by the ramp on the way to Lily's and to the two by the entrance to the Isle. But I still need one more, can anyone help?
