Ok, I enjoy swimming, can you give me an insight of your times? My butterfly is about 40 sec per 50m, and my free is about 30 for 50m.
I enjoy the water, the compitition, the fact that it’s not as hard as running, the different strokes and styles. You just need to find something that you can enjoy, and if there’s nothing, then force yourself out. Make bad times, think of ideas. Because if you hate swimming, then you may as well try your way out.
So think of the positive side of swimming, instead of the negative. That’ll help you enjoy it.
