Speaking of that, if you guys could pray for me, I would really appreciate it! Getting ready to take it in two hours. We weren't able to study for it at school due to the coronavirus, but I've looked at some of my dad's older tests and I sure hope they help.

Hi guys. Can you please pray for my brother, Gabriel? He just over dosed in jail and almost killed himself. He could very possibly be brain dead. My Dad seems to be taking it hard, so please pray for him too. Thanks in advance.

Hey y'all! So I'm seriously considering changing my major from Theatre to Animal Science. Big switch, I know, but I've wanted to do animal science for far longer. I'm considering becoming a small-animal vet tech. However, being that I'm a sophomore, it is gonna take some logistical juggling if this ends up working out. Could you all pray for wisdom for me and that my way becomes clear? I really appreciate it!

Big switch, I know, but I've wanted to do animal science for far longer. I'm considering becoming a small-animal vet tech.

The best thing I can suggest is to take at least a class or two in the field before you commit to the switch, if you haven't already. The university will probably not support you on that, but yeah.

It's been a few years, but I think it would be hard to switch back if you're unhappy, so having information to make an informed decision is a must. Also praying for you - these decisions are hard.

That’s actually what I’m planning on doing—taking an intro to animal science and a chemistry class that are both required. I’ve gotten some good advice from one of the professors and some of my coworkers who are juniors, and I’m meeting with my advisor tomorrow.
If I do switch, I’d change my theatre to a minor since I’ve got a scholarship from it I don’t want to give up.

There is another thing to consider. Any science field you take will involve higher math. I don't mind math, but some people do. If you are one of those people who cannot stand math than you should probably keep studying theatre.

You should also have a strong stomach. I had trouble dissecting a pig in high school and didn't take an anatomy class because they dissected pregnant cats. Animal science may involve that if not worse. I do hope you can stand the smell of formaldehyde better than I can.
