Yeah. I definitely agree. I'm an ENTP, and the website said that I tend to speak my mind way too often without regard for other people's feelings. I can hurt people with my words and I wouldn't even know it. I thought about it a lot, and I realized it's true. So most of my days are spent trying to be concious of what I speak, so I don't hurt people's feelings accidentally. It's a great method of improving myself.
My favourite application of the MBTI test though is getting other people to take it. When other people take it, and tell me their results, I can read the details online. The personality profiles tell me the best way to communicate with them and to lead them. It's useful for things such as leading my church group, or working with peers on a team project, getting people to see your point of view, and/or romantic interests! (joking about the last one; sort of...)
