Its's a war game, with a ton of battleships and you run around destroying other people's ships, Spector could probably explain better

You can choose from one of the main classes of ships (I think they were cruiser, destroyer, battleship, aircraft carrier, and the (semi) newly added submarine), upgrade them, and utilize variety of tactics on enemy ships. You can protect your own bases or advance on the enemies' to win the game.
