Ever since I stayed up til' midnight on New Year's Eve, my sleeping schedule has been wacked up, yo.

I used to go to sleep at 8:30 and wake up at 5:00.

Now I go to sleep at 9:30 and wake up at 6:30.

Not a change for the better, in my opinion.

I find if I stay up that late doing anything or not getting enough sleep it tanks my productivity the next day or two.

I just read @Peregrine_Appleclock's post in the member's union, and my instant reaction was: "Moderate my quoting?! I can't moderate my quoting! I'm Sir-Quotes-A-Lot, for crying out loud!"

Then I read her example conversations, and I'm like... fer sure.

I have been an early bird for most of my life, except for the one day a year when I binge-watch a tv show until 2:00 in the morning.

That was an interesting use of time, to say the least.

Same for me, but my inner clock adapts pretty fast, so I only get around 30% less productive.

Dude, you can't be 'Sir Quotes-A-Lot' as most of us do use quotes a lot. Also I'd like to say I take that title, as @Emily_Purplebottle literally used one of my quotes as what we shouldn't do! Hahaha!!!! I win! ...this isn't a good thing.
