The devs released a beta in which there are a few new areas, autos, clothes, and a weapon. No storyline as of yet tho. :0)

Don't finish the quest that lets you get into the new area A.K.A "Trouble Afoot" the best way to do this is by not talking to alexander about it. If you do you will be unable to go back into the new area.
