The issue is not people being in relationships, which we do keep most discussion of off the forums. The problem was with everyone else jesting about it. Even though you and Eerie weren’t specifically made uncomfortable by it, it’s just not wise behavior and we’re trying to set a good example of being mindful of people’s feelings.

I shut off the conversation because love, in a romantic sense, is not something we should be discussing on a kids' forums. It's just not appropriate for the younger ages on here. However, "loving-your-enemies love" is a different matter. So I'd appreciate it if we could just stay away from all that feeling stuff. Thanks,

In this case, I could hardly blame anyone for their thoughts or jokes, but I think the April Fool’s joke about Eerie’s secret admirer has gone way too far.

The charismatic tend to attract the desperate, and thus this relationship is hardly well advised. (But is there really more to it than a mutual interest in foxes? Should I reject the company of a male friend who enjoys alpaca plushies?)
