Please, they are working as fast as they can. eventually you will be able to post normally, but for now you are on something like probation. and if you do keep doing that. it will last longer.

I am not sure if this was answered elsewhere. but it is because we all went through this probation period. just be patient. the mods need to approve new users posts for a couple of weeks after they join. but they aren't here all of the time. they're just human.
