Woah I'm away for like a day and a half and things have exploded!
So yup the reason I started off this topic was to build hype and start the ideas flowing in anticipation for our collaboration with Elevation Church.
This was the thing I was helping out with so I am super happy we will be able to share it with you all!
The team worked really hard on this.
I'll try go through some of the questions/replies now.

As for the Meeting, the very first one we are just trying to figure out now. I'm not sure we need a rehearsal though, I mean we are just going to meet up, have some fun and help out.

Well, I was actually wondering if some of my awesome American friends could help me out with a time sometime in the afternoon that would work, I think by the time I get to work it is sometime in the afternoon for y'all, us here in NZ are 17 hours ahead of Washington DC(GMT -4).

Well I am usually in and set up at work by 8am on Monday NZ which is 12pm Sunday (Washington) but I will hopefully be in game most of the day fingers crossed.
I was thinking though that maybe a little later in the afternoon would be better considering 12pm people are likely getting lunch or still at church right?
Any suggestions for time would be great, if we can find a common time that is decent for majority of people that would be good but we can also have smaller more impromptu meetings throughout the next week or so
