I'm pretty sure the Penguin Outfit is from the Ep3 Companion Engines.
But yeah we are all stuck until we can track it down.
Once I can be 100% sure that something has been done about it I'll post about these, cause I want them as well haha!

No one to my knowledge has seem to found them yet, and it's been a year and a half. It seems like a glitch to me. I've dream weaved everywhere. Do you have them? Are we just not looking in the right places?

Also, a few of us, including me, have encountered glitch of not finding the Saber Tooth Tiger mask. I would really like to add that piece to my wardrobe.
