I was just wondering, that since in the Bible Jesus died for us, will the scarlet man die. Just some thoughts of Aetherlight, and assuming that these are only the chronicles that maybe there will be more games of Aetherlight or some other names for the next ones. I also wonder how the game will end, maybe like how I said, when the scarlet man dies or maybe sacrifices something.

I believe that would be a logical event down the road, since they really did have Irving be "sacrificed" and such. It would probably be interesting if The Great Engineer was sighted helping the Scarlet Man back up again after his death, since God does have a personification in the game. Or maybe the Scarlet Man could go into a pit where supposedly you can't come back up from (too tall of a drop or something) to the source of fog itself, to represent 1 Peter 3:18-20. :o
I think it is the Fogworks. The maption (map-caption) says something like, "Once someone is here, they never come back."
Honestly, I was thinking yesterday that it doesn't make sense for the Scarlet Man to be in God's place in the Old Testament when Jesus is only in the New Testament. So I thought that maybe the Scarlet Man is the Great Engineer in disguise and maybe it will be his son that acts in Jesus's place.
From what I remember from different blog posts (and I got kindly corrected on this when I said the Scarlet Man was God), the Scarlet Man is Jesus, and the Great Engineer is God.
