My son is stuck at Rose's Junk Box

Hi all, my son has been stuck on the same mission for a long time. Months actually - he's stopped playing after a few weeks of being stuck. We asked for help via support but never got a response.

He is stuck on this task => "Send Rose's junk boxes and the Injector to the scrapyard (4/5)".

He cannot fund the last one and they are convinced that there may be a glitch. His older brother solved it and has tried to help but no luck. They have also already scoured the forums looking for tips.

His character name is Mr. Underclunk.

Would it be possible to mark the task as complete so he could move on? Or maybe see where/how he is stuck?

Hey, would it be possible to get a picture of the quest he's on, it might make it easier to help, Also, it might be a glitch... Finally, the game is currently undergoing an open Beta, and the junkyard, (If I'm not mistaken.) is broken. (This wouldn't have affected him if he stopped playing weeks ago though, just might prevent him from completing it now. I don't really remember the quest, so yeah, a picture would really help.)

Others would probably help more though.

@moderators @anybody that remembers how to complete the quest.

We have a topic for Rose's junk boxes as people have had a difficulty with it.

Also, if your son sent the aether injector box off before getting the balloons and talking to Rose, that will introduce the glitch because the injector box is one of the boxes to be sent off.

I know one of my accounts has been stuck for a very long time.
If you play on a computer, you can now make new characters and experience some of the new content.

My son says he has a task in junkyard but it's not the problem. He can't find the fifth junk box to send off. He did not send off thebl injector box too early. Is there any way to advance him as he's stopped playing.

Has he checked all these places? And the junkyard doesn't have anything to do with this quest. When did he send the injector off?
