Hai there! So, I tried downloading Garageband and was stunned to find out that my 128 GB iPad didn't have enough space for it. What on earth was eating up all my space? I had thought I would never have this problem!
Going into the storage management page, I discovered the truth: most of it was being taken up by photos. So I went over to Photos and started looking through it. That's when I found the problem: I had a bunch of duplicate photos, some 5 of the exact same photo. And I can't delete them! When I try, the trash can icon is greyed out. I've been doing research on it, and have learned that it's a common sync problem: when you sync your photos to a computer, they gat re-imported back onto your iPad resulting in un-deleteable copies.
So, while I know this, I still don't know how to fix it. (shrug) I'm not entirely technologically challenged, but I'm certainly not a virtuoso...
Has anyone had this problem too?
Does anyone know how to fix it? If you do, please tell, before I go crazy and delete EVERYTHING!
