Mission Flying L

So the second Task on the Quest flying L asks me to send Rose's junk boxes and the injector to the scrap yard can anybody tell me where that is or send pictures on where that is because I can't find it? I recently couldn't get past the first task on the flying for months because of a glitch and now I get to this and I can't find it!
